How To Make Reusable Swiffer Cloths

The Swiffer has become a well known household tool in the last few years. It does a great job keeping our floors clean and keeping dust out of our house. But it comes with a downside, it can be a constant cost to buy refills. Well, that may no longer be a problem! You can make your own Swiffer cloth refills and it won’t break the bank. The best part about these cloths is that they are washable and can be thrown in with your normal laundry.

Check out the instructions below to make your own reusable Swiffer cloths:

  1. Basically, you take any type of fleece material that you have. Whether that be an old fleece scarf or if you head to the store and grab some fleece pieces.

  2. Using your Swiffer as a template, measure out the pieces to size and cut.

  3. Then, they are ready to use! Just attach cloths as normal and Swiffer away.

  4. When they are ready to be washed, just throw it in with this appropriate load of laundry.

Easy Peasy!
