Circus Cookie Fudge – Easy & Fun No-Bake Treat
This recipe is pure nostalgia in a pan! Circus Cookie Fudge is sweet, colorful, and melts in your mouth with every bite. If you grew up loving Mother’s Circus Animal Cookies, this is going to be your new favorite treat. It's the perfect no-bake dessert to make for birthday parties, pink dessert tables, or just because it’s a Wednesday and you deserve something fun.
⭐Ingredients
- 12 oz strawberry frosting (yes, the tub kind!)
-
12 oz white chocolate chips
-
3 Tbsp rainbow sprinkles, divided
-
1 cup frosted circus animal cookies, gently broken
⭐Instructions
-
In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring each time until melted and smooth. (Usually takes about 75–90 seconds.)
-
Stir in the full tub of strawberry frosting, 1 tablespoon of sprinkles, and the broken circus cookies.
-
Press the fudge mixture evenly into a greased 8x8 pan.
-
Sprinkle the rest of the rainbow sprinkles across the top like confetti magic.
-
Chill for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into squares.
Store any leftovers in the fridge… if there are any left!
⭐Joy's Tip
For extra pink power, add a few drops of red food coloring to the mix before pouring into the pan. Or press a few whole circus cookies right on top for a picture-perfect finish.
