Frozen Berry and Greek Yogurt Popsicles

I love recipes that are fun and flexible — and these frozen yogurt popsicles are exactly that! Whether you’re making them for a backyard BBQ, a red-white-and-blue themed party, or just want a cool, healthy-ish dessert, these are always a hit. 🍓🫐🍌

You can use plain or flavored yogurt, swap in your favorite fruit, and even mix & match colors for seasonal fun. I made this batch with strawberries and blueberries for a festive summer look, and served them on a cute little flag plate. Perfect for July 4th or anytime the temps start to rise!

⭐Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek or regular yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1½ cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or a mix)

  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • Popsicle mold (10–12 count)

  • Wooden popsicle sticks

⭐Instructions

  1. Blend the yogurt and fruit together until smooth — or pulse lightly to leave small fruit chunks.
  2. Add sweetener if using, and mix until well combined.

  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, add sticks, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.

  4. To remove, run molds under warm water for a few seconds and enjoy!

Mix it up! Try banana yogurt with banana slices, or peach yogurt with diced peaches. These are easy to customize for picky eaters or special occasions.
