Pink Lemonade Popsicles Recipe

These pretty pink popsicles are one of my favorite summer treats — light, tart, and totally refreshing! 💕🍋 They’re super simple to make, and perfect for backyard days, birthday parties, or anytime you need a cool pick-me-up.

You can use homemade or store-bought pink lemonade for this one (I used organic bottled), and just like with my orange popsicles, I used a standard mold and wooden sticks to keep it classic.

⭐Ingredients

  • 2½ cups pink lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tartness)

  • ½ cup cold water

  • Thin lemon slices or raspberries (optional, for decoration)

  • Popsicle mold (12 count)

  • Wooden popsicle sticks

⭐Instructions

  1. In a pitcher or mixing bowl, combine pink lemonade, lemon juice (if using), and cold water.
  2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.

  3. If you want to be fancy, drop in a thin lemon slice or a raspberry for a little pop of color!

  4. Insert your sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  5. Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles.

⭐Joy's Tip

Freeze a batch the night before a summer playdate or party. Kids love the color — and adults do too. These also make great after-dinner treats on warm nights!
