Game Day Deviled Eggs
Football snacks don’t get cuter (or easier) than these Game Day Deviled Eggs! Classic, creamy deviled eggs get a sporty twist with green onion “laces” that make each one look just like a mini football. They’re fun, flavorful, and perfect for tailgating, Super Bowl parties, or any Sunday football feast.
⭐Ingredients
-
6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
-
3 tbsp mayo
-
1 tsp yellow mustard
-
Pinch of paprika
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
2–3 green onions (green part only), cut into thin strips for garnish
⭐Instructions
-
Boil & Prep the Eggs
Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a small bowl. -
Mix the Filling
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, a dash of paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. -
Fill the Eggs
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into each egg white half. -
Add the Football Laces
Use thin green onion strips to create the "laces" on top—one vertical line with two or three short horizontal ones across, just like on a football! -
Serve & Celebrate
Sprinkle with a little extra paprika if you like, and place them on a platter for your game day crowd.
⭐Joy's Tip
Use kitchen scissors to make cutting those green onion strips super easy! You can prep the eggs a day ahead and add the “laces” just before serving to keep them fresh and photo-ready.
